How to fix it?
Specify the HOLD output set value to fall within the range between the scaling lower limit value and scaling upper limit value.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
