CAUSE
Why does it occur?
• A device or modification that cannot be used as an instruction operand is used. • The step relay (S) is used as the operand of an instruction other than the SFC control instruction when the SFC program setting of the CPU parameter is set to "Use".

How to fix it?
Stop
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
