CAUSE
Why does it occur?
• The system file does not exist in the backup data to be restored. • File(s) in the system file information does not exist in the folder of the backed up data. • The CPU module at the restoration destination does not match the backup source CPU module model.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Stop
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
