How to fix it?
- Confirm if ADP is connected properly to the CPU module
- If not improved, consult the nearest Mitsubishi Electric representative
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
