• Since the CPU module is not in a STOP status, the request contents cannot be executed.

How to fix it?
• Execute after setting the CPU module to STOP status.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
