CAUSE
Why does it occur?
• The intelligent function module does not exist in the specified position. When CPU Module Logging Configuration Tool is used • The data logging specifying a device that does not exist or cannot be accessed was started.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
• Check the I/O number of the specified intelligent function module.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
