Why does it occur?
Correct control was not performed because the relation (which is larger) between the measured value (PV) and the ambient temperature setting was changed from the relation when PID control started.

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
