CAUSE
Why does it occur?
During PID control, the value for "Target value (SV)Adjustment sensitivity (dead band)" was set to that which was outside the range of the measured value (PV) (any value outside the range of -32767 to 32766).

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
