Why does it occur?
- Inverter output exceeds 200% of rated current
- Rapid Acc/Dec, overload, output short/ground fault, IGBT fault
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Increase Acc/Dec time
- Use higher capacity inverter
- Operate after motor stops or use speed search (Cn.60)
- Check wiring
- Check IGBT module
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
