How to fix it?
- Check the drive capacity at device name [0x1008]; contact the service center
- If it recurs, replace the drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
