CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Sinusoidal encoder amplitude error
- Causes: encoder cable disconnection/short, shield/PE disconnection, or wrong encoder type [0x2001]
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check the encoder cable/shield/PE and the encoder type setting [0x2001]; check the speed command (max 250kHz)
- If it recurs, replace the drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
