Why does it occur?
- Sinusoidal encoder frequency error
- Causes: wrong encoder type [0x2001] / excessive speed command, converter/encoder/drive fault

How to fix it?
- Check the encoder type and speed command (max 250kHz)
- If it recurs, replace the converter/encoder/drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
