CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Duplicate PROFINET device name — name may be unassigned after a replacement.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Run "Assign device name" in TIA Portal and disconnect the duplicate device.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
