How to fix it?
Check the PG/PC interface setting, same-subnet IP, and firewall rules.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
