Normal access of special/link module data during operation not available.

How to fix it?
- Check slot position with XG5000
- Change module and restart
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
