CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Inverter overheating: 150% rated current for 1min or 200% for specified time
- Accumulated overload time exceeds limit
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Replace motor/inverter with larger capacity
- Reduce torque boost level
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
