CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Heat sink temperature exceeds specific value
- Cooling system problem, long fan operation, high ambient temp
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check air inlet/outlet for dust
- Replace cooling fan
- Keep ambient temp below 50°C
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
