Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Motor load exceeds overload trip level (PRT-21)
- Set PRT-20 to non-zero to resume
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Increase motor/inverter capacity
- Increase overload trip level
- Check IGBT module
- Increase Acc/Dec time
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
