CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Inverter overload/overheat protection
- Allowable overload: 150% for 1 min
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Replace motor and inverter with higher capacity
- Reduce torque boost level
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
