CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Inverter output current exceeds 200% of rated current.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Increase Acc/Dec time (bA16)
- Replace inverter with higher capacity
- Operate after motor stops or use speed search (Cn71)
- Check mechanical brake
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
