Output current exceeds the limit — load short circuit, acceleration time too short, or motor parameter mismatch.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check load and wiring for short circuits, increase acceleration time, reset motor parameters P0304–P0311, and measure the IGBT output.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
