Heatsink temperature exceeded its limit — fan stopped, intake blocked, or excessive ambient temperature.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check cooling fan operation and clean dust, verify panel ventilation, and reduce load or lower the carrier frequency.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
