Motor overheated; Load exceeds rating; ETH level too low; Incorrect capacity; Incorrect V/F pattern; Low speed operation too long
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Reduce load/running duty; Increase inverter capacity; Adjust ETH level; Select correct capacity; Select correct V/F pattern; Install motor with separate cooling fan power
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
