Cooling fan damaged or foreign substance; Cooling system fault; High ambient temperature
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Replace cooling fan/remove foreign substance; Check heat sink; Keep ambient temperature under 40C
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
