L7C AL-14 — AL-14 Over Current
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Over current (S/W)
- Causes: drive output/encoder miswiring, motor/drive/encoder setting error, or equipment conflict/binding
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Check drive output and encoder wiring; check Motor ID/Drive ID/Encoder settings; check equipment for conflict/binding
- If it recurs, replace the drive
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
