is 5% or more of the rated current.

How to fix it?

Re-run the phase current offset adjustment
If it still occurs, replace the drive

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
