Internal DC circuit voltage exceeds specified value.

How to fix it?
- Increase deceleration time
- Use braking unit
- Check if input voltage is above specified value
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
