InverteriS7Verification pending — cross-check with the official manual
iS7 E-Thermal — E-Thermal
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Motor overheat due to overload per inverse time thermal characteristic
- Motor overheated, load exceeds capacity, low ETH level, long low-speed operation
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Reduce load or frequency
- Increase inverter capacity
- Set ETH level properly
- Replace motor with separate cooling fan
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
