- One of three output phases (U/V/W) is open
- Magnetic contactor fault or output wiring problem

How to fix it?
- Check output-side magnetic contactor
- Check output wiring
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
