Internal memory (EEPROM) fault, ADC offset error, CPU malfunction (Watch Dog-1, Watch Dog-2).

How to fix it?
- Power off and on
- If persistent, contact service center
- Inverter replacement may be needed
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
