Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Instance/short-circuit trip
- Fault current above 500~1500% of rated; operates within 50ms (delay settable so it does not act at startup)
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Locate and repair the short circuit; verify the instance (I-tp) setting.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
