Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Stall
- Load current stayed above the stall set level (150~500%) past the start time, indicating startup failure/overload during run
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check the motor and driven load; clear the stall cause and verify the STALL setting.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
