CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Locked rotor
- Current exceeded the LOCK set level (200~800%); operates within ~0.5s to protect against a locked/jammed rotor
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Clear the mechanical jam / locked rotor and inspect the driven machine.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
