Why does it occur?
- Overcurrent/overload
- Load current exceeded the overload curve (set by class 1~60 against 600% of rated current) for the operating time
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check the load and the rated-current/operating-time settings; eliminate the overload cause before resetting.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
