How to fix it?
Reduce SYSTEM STATUS output load to <=100mA; verify wiring
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
