Why does it occur?
FAIL LED red, 5 blinks: user configuration error, or INPUT1/2 vs breaker output mismatch (<20ms)

How to fix it?
Verify configuration; check connected breaker output for short-circuit between channels
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
