Why does it occur?
Red FAIL LED 5 pulses: User configuration failure, or INPUT1/2 BARR consistency check failed (<20ms)

How to fix it?
Check connected barrier outputs and the user configuration
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
