Why does it occur?
FAIL LED red, 7 blinks: SYSTEM STATUS output overload (>100mA @ 24VDC) or wiring fault

How to fix it?
Reduce load on SYSTEM STATUS output (max 100mA); check wiring on terminal 12
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
