Why does it occur?
Red FAIL LED 4 pulses: K1K2 external relays fault
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Check the K1 K2 external contactor feedback (EDM) wiring; if unresolved, stop the machine and contact LS A/S
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
