Encoder phase A/B swapped or rotation direction is reverse during auto tuning encoder test.

How to fix it?
- Swap encoder A/B phase wiring
- Check motor rotation direction
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
