PID feedback continuously below set value during Pre-PID operation (APP-34~36), indicating abnormal system state.

- Check PID feedback sensor
- Verify APP-34~36 settings
- Check process piping/valves
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
