Why does it occur?
The combination of the servo amplifier and servo motor is incorrect, or the encoder is malfunctioning.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Use the correct combination of amplifier and motor; replace the motor if the encoder is faulty.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
