CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Regeneration brake fault
- Causes: regen resistor misconnection/short. (No alarm when input is set to AC110V.)
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Connect the regen resistor; if it recurs after power cycling, replace the regen resistor.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
