How to fix it?
Check the battery connection (>3.3V) and replace if needed, run the preset procedure, then reset the device home.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
