CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Excessive encoder pulse output speed
- Causes: encoder output pulse [0x2422] too high vs motor speed, or high gear ratio
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Lower the encoder output pulse [0x2422] considering motor speed; lower the electric gear ratio.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
