CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Appears during emergency drive operation. Emergency drive operation is performed by turning ON X84 signal.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
The display is cleared when the emergency drive operation ends. (Refer to page 5-162.)
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
