How to fix it?
- Gradually increase or decrease the Pr
- 0 setting by 1% at a time and check the motor status.(Refer to page 5-515.) Set a larger value in Pr

Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
