PEGA AL-14 — AL-14 Over Current (Overcurrent S/W)
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Software-detected over current
- Possible causes: drive fault, motor/encoder cable abnormality, or current-limit exceeded
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Re-run phase-current offset tuning; if it recurs, replace the drive
- Check wiring and load
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
