PEGA AL-40 — AL-40 Under Voltage
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Under voltage
- The input voltage is abnormal (check DC 48V input) or the accel/decel time is too short
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Recheck the DC power supply (48V)
- If acceleration/deceleration occurs frequently, set a longer accel/decel time
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
