PEGA AL-21 — AL-21 Continuous Overload
Trip — immediate stop
CAUSE
Why does it occur?
- Continuous overload. The accumulated operation overload rate (0x260
- reached 100% due to sustained operation exceeding rated load or a parameter setting error.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
Increase drive/motor capacity, tune gains, and verify the standard load rate (0x200F) and motor-label parameters.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
