PEGA AL-23 — AL-23 Regeneration Overload

CAUSE
Why does it occur?
Regeneration overload from high-frequency operation or continuous regenerative operation; or a parameter setting error.
REMEDY · Step by step
How to fix it?
- Adjust the regeneration setting (0x200
- and use a braking resistor. Verify position-error range/time (0x6065/0x6066), gain, encoder and gear-ratio settings.
Do not reset repeatedly before identifying the cause. Repeated resets while ignoring a trip/alarm can cause secondary damage (IGBT failure, motor winding damage, etc.).
